Our service teams aren't generalists. Each track below has dedicated equipment, specific training certifications, and a documented protocol built around that scene type.
01
Crime Scene & Trauma Remediation
A trauma scene in Gratis requires more than mopping. Our crew performs a scene-type assessment first: identifying all blood spatter patterns, fluid saturation points, and porous material that must be removed. We use ATP testing to verify disinfection effectiveness before we sign off on any job.
ATP luminescence testing · forensic odor neutralization · full documentation for insurance
02
Unattended Death & Decomposition Cleanup
We've handled unattended death scenes in Gratis across every structural type — single-family homes, apartments, mobile homes, and commercial offices. Our process starts with a rapid scene assessment to determine fluid migration depth before we touch anything — that assessment drives the scope and the price.
Fluid migration mapping · subfloor extraction · biogase neutralization · odor elimination
03
Methamphetamine & Drug Lab Decontamination
Meth labs leave behind a chemical footprint that penetrates drywall, wood framing, carpet underlayment, and HVAC ductwork. In OH, certified decontamination is required before a property can legally be re-occupied. We handle the testing, remediation, and post-clearance sampling to get your property back to compliant status.
IH testing & clearance sampling · HVAC decontamination · state-compliant documentation in OH
04
Sewage Backup & Category 3 Water Remediation
Category 3 water — groundwater, sewage, and other grossly contaminated water — is classified separately from clean water or gray water floods precisely because of its pathogen load. Standard water damage restoration companies are not equipped or licensed for Category 3 work. Our Gratis crews carry the proper PPE, antimicrobial agents rated for hepatitis and norovirus, and moisture measurement tools to confirm complete elimination of standing contamination.
Category 3 extraction · thermal moisture mapping · IICRC S500 drying protocol · antimicrobial treatment
05
Hoarding Cleanup — Biohazard Level
When a hoarding environment includes animal carcasses, animal or human waste, rotting food, or accumulated biohazardous material, standard junk removal companies aren't an option. Our hoarding remediation teams in Gratis are trained in trauma-informed communication, scene hazard assessment, and multi-phase remediation planning that accounts for structural assessment, pest control coordination, biohazard removal, and complete sanitation.
Hazard classification · multi-phase remediation · odor elimination · family liaison coordination
06
